WHY WORK WITH CEDAR AROMA

Care in the product. Clarity in the order.

Choosing a fragrance supplier involves the product and the working relationship. We focus on suitable samples, clear specifications and agreed responsibilities, so brands and manufacturers can make informed purchasing decisions.

OUR COMMITMENTS

What you can expect when working with us.

Our approach connects fragrance selection with the formulation, packaging and purchasing decisions that determine the finished product.

01

Application-led fragrance selection

Select and develop fragrance for your product, customers and budget.

02

A choice of supply formats

Source fragrance concentrates, ready-to-fill liquids or finished private label products.

03

Decisions based on samples

Evaluate the product and record an approved reference before production.

04

Defined responsibilities

Establish the products, components, services and approvals included in the order.

01

Select fragrance for its intended application.

A fragrance brief is most useful when it connects the scent to the product and its customers. Your application, target cost and fragrance preferences guide our sample recommendations and development discussions.

Start with the product

Describe the product, target customer and scent profile you have in mind. Perfumes, reed diffusers and room sprays have different formulations and ways of releasing fragrance.

Give specific sample feedback

Quote the sample code and describe the change you want: less sweetness, a fresher opening or a softer woody note. Specific comparisons help guide the next selection or revision.

Consider the target cost early

Discuss fragrance preferences and budget together. The selected fragrance needs to fit both the product brief and the cost of the intended formulation or finished product.

02

Choose the supply format that fits your operation.

Your formulation, filling and packaging capabilities determine what you need to buy. Define that division of work before comparing samples, order quantities and quotations.

Fragrance Oils

Fragrance concentrates for your own formulations. You manage the base, manufacturing, filling and packaging.

Bulk Fragrance Liquids

Formulated fragrance liquids, ready for your filling line. You provide the retail containers and arrange filling and packaging.

Private Label & OEM

Contract manufacturing for your brand, covering the agreed fragrance, components, filling and packaging.

03

Use an approved sample as the production reference.

Evaluate fragrance in the formulation or finished product you plan to sell. Once the sample is approved, record its reference alongside the specification so purchasing and production teams work from the same information.

Evaluate the complete application

Assess fragrance concentrates in the intended formulation. For bulk liquids and finished products, evaluate the liquid and selected packaging together. Agree any testing requirements and who will carry them out.

Record exactly what is approved

Link the sample code to the product specification. For private label orders, include component references, decoration details and the approved artwork version.

Keep records for repeat orders

Use the previous product code and approval records when reordering. Identify any changes in formulation, packaging or destination market for review before production.

04

Agree what the quotation includes.

A useful quotation describes the product and the work behind the price. It should make clear what Cedar Aroma will supply, what you will provide and which approvals are needed.

Compare on the same basis

Review specifications, quantities, bulk pack sizes or retail components, services, prices and delivery terms together. This helps distinguish a lower price from a different supply scope.

Define each party’s responsibilities

For private label orders, we coordinate the agreed manufacturing and packaging arrangements. The order identifies the included operations, any customer-supplied materials and the required approvals.

Discuss documentation early

Share your product documentation, handling and destination requirements during sampling. Availability and requirements are reviewed for the selected product and recorded in the order.

02

Supply format, quantity and included services

03

Component specifications and approved artwork, where applicable

04

Price, lead time, documentation and delivery terms
